Phantum e.V. is thrilled to announce a significant sponsorship agreement with Quantum Systems, a leading innovator in multi-sensor unmanned aerial systems.
This partnership marks a pivotal moment in Phantum’s mission to develop the first student-built supersonic UAV. The sponsorship from Quantum Systems will primarily support the development of “Weasel,” an advanced UAV designed to be the fastest in the sub-25 kg category, targeting speeds up to Mach 0.8. Weasel represents a critical step toward achieving Phantum’s overarching goal of pioneering supersonic unmanned flight.
